- Made-to-order or customized items may require 5-7 additional working days since they’re crafted especially for you.

- Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 working days across India.
- Metro and Tier-1 cities may receive faster deliveries, while remote areas might take slightly longer.
- Multiple Shipments 📦📦
- As some products are shipped from different artisan studios, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
- Don’t worry — you’ll be charged only once for delivery.

In rare cases where products arrive damaged, we’ll assist you with replacements or refunds as per our Return Policy.

10. Order Cancellations ❌
- Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by emailing us at hunarceramics@gmail.com
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Orders canceled at the doorstep or after three failed delivery attempts will not be refunded.
