Because our pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or shape are natural and not considered defects — they make every item unique, just like you.

However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. 💛


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken during transit.
  • You receive a defective item or one that doesn’t match your order.
  • The wrong product is delivered.

Returns are NOT accepted in these cases:

  • Minor differences in color, texture, or size (as they’re part of the handmade process).
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Items showing signs of use or wear.
  • Customized or personalized pieces made specially for you.
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or external marketplaces.

Tip: Please record an unboxing video when opening your package. It helps us resolve issues faster if damage occurs during transit.


2. Timeframe for Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

3. Exchange Policy

We’re happy to replace your product if:

  • It arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item is delivered

Good to know:

  • Replacement shipping is free of cost if it’s our error.
  • If the replacement item is out of stock, we’ll offer a full refund or a store credit — whichever you prefer.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability since each Hunar creation is handmade in limited batches.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only when:
    • A replacement isn’t possible due to stock unavailability
    • An order is canceled by Hunar due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Refund timelines:
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days of approval.
    • In case of store credit, we’ll share a unique coupon code you can redeem on your next purchase.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or defect.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized, personalized, or bulk gifting orders
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions
  • Items bought through third-party marketplaces


6. Return Shipping

  • Products must be securely packed in their original packaging to avoid damage during return transit.
  • For damaged or defective products, Hunar will arrange a free pickup.
  • For returns initiated due to personal preferences (if permitted), the customer bears the shipping cost.
  • If the returned product reaches us broken due to improper packaging, we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange.


7. Gifting & Bulk Orders 🎁

  • For corporate gifting or customized bulk orders, returns are not applicable unless the items are received damaged.
  • In case of damages, replacements will be arranged as per stock availability.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by emailing us at hunarceramics@gmail.com.
  • After this, cancellations may not be possible as your order might already be in production or transit.
  • If Hunar cancels an order due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued.
