1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we accept prepaid orders only. Since our products are handcrafted ceramic pieces, prepaid orders help us ensure careful packaging and safe delivery. In case of any transit damage, we provide a replacement as per our policy.


2. How are the ceramic products packed for shipping?

All our ceramic items are packed with multiple layers of protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We take extra care to ensure your order reaches you safely.


3. What if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement as per our damage policy.


4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.


5. Do you have an offline store?

Yes, we do. We operate an offline store where customers can explore our ceramic collections in person. Our online store brings the same quality and craftsmanship to your doorstep.
